Yes. Pick preset color schemes (Fuchsia, Cyan, Coral, Mint, Indigo) or set custom hex values. Choose bottom-left or bottom-right position. Set the display name (e.g. "Riley") and welcome message. Configure up to 3 suggested-prompt chips ("Book", "Pricing", "Talk to a human") to lower the bar for visitors to start a conversation. Live preview in the wizard.
What plan do I need for Website Chat?
Growth ($149/month) or Scale ($299/month). Not included in Professional ($59/month) — that tier is for businesses that only need the phone receptionist. You can upgrade from Professional anytime; we prorate so you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing period.
