What ad platforms are supported?
Meta Conversions API (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (via Google Analytics 4 Measurement Protocol), and TikTok Events API. All three are included in the Scale tier with no additional cost.
Do I need to write code to set it up?
No. Setup is fully oauth-based or pixel-ID-based in our wizard. You don't need a developer, and you don't need to configure a server-side container like Google Tag Manager Server-Side.
How does it match offline phone calls to web clicks?
When a visitor visits your site, our script captures click identifiers (like fbclid or gclid) and user properties, and saves them in local cookies. If they call, our system matches their phone number or session to their web session and sends those click identifiers along with the Conversions API call. For direct callers who didn't visit the site first, we match via email or phone numbers.
What's the impact on ad performance?
Ad platforms' machine learning relies on feedback. If you feed them only link clicks, they find clicky users. If you feed them actual bookings, they find customers who book. Most customers see a 20–40% drop in cost-per-acquisition (CPA) within 30 days of turning on conversion tracking.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We don't send call transcripts or specific health detail in the conversion payload. We only send standard conversion hashes (e.g. hashed email, phone, conversion event name "Schedule") to optimize matching without exposing protected health information.
